We had our photo/video session with Emery Miller (and we are still not sure if her name is spelled Emery or Emory) after she won her class at the 2004 Nationals, which was quite an accomplishment for someone who mentioned she was morbidly obese just a few years before the show. And also, at age 40 here, she shows off terrific muscle size and definition and beautiful blonde good looks. Emery starts off this video posing in two dresses then a shorts/halter and showing off great calve poses, back and side chest poses in particular and also good abs and biceps as well. She then alternates between repwork in the gym and more posing in bikinis. Emery lived in California so we had our West Coast team doing the photo and video work, led by Tony Duffy, and his taping here was his best video work- perfect lighting and lots of full length and close ups. And again, she shows off her very complete physique in the many outfits she posed in and the repwork in the gym got her to be very vascular and defined. So in all, a very good looking woman showing off alot of defined muscularity throughout. Her first contest was in 2001 so to be able to turn pro so soon after that, which she did from winning this show was quite a feat!! Her interview closes out this WPW Video 620. Mindi O'Brien has been competing in amateur fitness/figure contests in Canada for several year when this video was filmed in 2004 and she won the overall Canadian title in 2004, thus becoming an IFBB Pro competitor at that time. This WPW Video was taped in December 2004 several months after the above contest, and she was still in top contest shape at 5'4" 135 pounds. She shows off one of the best and most muscular bodies in fitness/figure during that era. She leads off this tape doing repwork in the gym in her shorts and halter. She got pumped up quickly after doing alot of chin-ups and curls and was able to do bodyweight bench presses for 12 reps, quite an impressive lift for a fitness/figure woman who normally does not do heavy lifts. When she is finished with her reps in the gym she again does posing scenes in a bikini and two different mini-skirts and for sure shows off her very muscular calves and thighs when she was doing toe raises and leg curls when in the gym as well as when she was posing. Her side chest poses and rear bicep shots shows off a perfect bodybuilding style physique for a figure woman. This 30 year old woman who looks like she is in her early 20s, is very, very good looking with perfectly long hair. At the time we knew her, she was living in Toronto, Canada, so we did not have the ability to do many more photo/video sessions with her, but we did get lucky a bit later and we were able to do one more session with her shortly after this one which is on WPW Video 633.
